The Youniversalis Covenant
1. The Beta Version 1.5 (Phase 2)
Youniversalis is currently operating in a Welcome to All V1.5 Testing phase. Access is granted at the discretion of the Founder, reserving the right to manage server load and membership during this early stage. This is a trust relationship; testing is fine, but abuse can lead to banning from the network.
2. Absolute Digital Ownership
You maintain 100% copyright and ownership of the words, images, and data you publish. Youniversalis claims no rights to your content other than the necessary technical permission to host it on our servers and display it to your approved connections.
3. The European Data Priority
Privacy is our highest architectural priority. We guarantee that your personal data will never be sold, brokered, or transferred to foreign entities outside of the European Economic Area or to any other organization.
4. Sustainable, Aligned Economics
To ensure the long-term independence of this platform, future revenue will be generated exclusively through minimal, non-intrusive partnerships with aligned, privacy-first initiatives. We will never deploy targeted behavioural advertising. Furthermore, users will always have the option to disable all partner messages by opting into an affordable, premium tier to support the server costs directly.
5. Community Conduct & DSA Compliance
Because we do not use algorithms to censor or manipulate your feed, this network relies on high-trust behaviour. To comply with the European Digital Services Act (DSA), any content that is explicitly illegal under EU law is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the platform.
6. As-Is Architecture
While we utilize military-grade transit encryption (SSL/TLS) and secure database practices, this V1.5 Beta is provided "as-is." We cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime or absolute immunity from technical bugs during this active development phase.
